Attendees may request a complete refund of the total purchase price paid for their attendance if dissatisfied with the event. Requests for refund must be made in person to a Momentum Events employee, on-site at the event prior to the conclusion of the first day’s main agenda.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request.
In the event of a refund, Momentum Events will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
