Matt Godson : Co-Founder, Co-CEO

In 2012 Matt lMattGodson_Headshot_Croppedeft the American Conference Institute to launch Momentum Consulting and Momentum Events. Matt is responsible for strategic & program development, marketing & delegate acquisition, IT & systems and the overall customer experience.

Born in London, Matt Godson studied Economics at Manchester University before joining Baker Tilly Accountants. Matt joined the Events Team at the Business Design Centre in London in 1994 launching, leading and supporting several high profile conference and exhibitions including IDW, ART, and London Music Week.

In 1997 Matt joined the London Telecoms event team at the Institute for International Research producing more than 120 annual events globally in the Telecoms, Technology and Broadcasting sectors. Transferring to the New York offices of IIR in late 2000 and promoted to Regional Marketing Director, Matt launched IIRs Large Scale Event initiative with the highly successful Pharmaceutical Marketing Congress, CRM Focus, Design and Culture, Prepaid Markets Expo, In Building, CDMA World Congress and many more.

In 2004 Matt joined the American Conference Institute as Head of Marketing and assumed responsibility for the US and European Marketing Operations in 2007. Matt is an accomplished trainer and public speaker having presented at industry conferences in the US, UK and Europe.

Matt became a US citizen in 2008 and lives in New York City with his wife, fashion designer Emily Shalant and his sons Charlie & Giles.

 

Ben Greenzweig : Co-Founder, Co-CEO

Benjamin Greenzweig is a leading events, consulting and business development professional whose experience includes more than 15 years working with media, technology, retail, consumer goods, energy, food & beverage, banking, defense, government and professional services executives across the globe. In 2012, Mr. Greenzweig co-founded and became Co-CEO of Momentum Consulting and Momentum Events and in 2015 founded the Cuba Opportunity Summit, the very first U.S. event dedicated to addressing opportunities for American businesses in Cuba in the wake of President Obama’s historic policy shift.

Momentum is proud to be in alliance with many leading media, academic and trade associations including the Wharton School’s Knowledge@Wharton, Lauder Institute, Baker Retailing Center, CNBC, Pivot, Loyola University Quinlan School of Business, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA) and FORTUNE Knowledge Group.

Ben made his first sale when he was 5, has run two half marathons, is a long suffering Mets fan which he is convinced only breeds strong character and unwavering resolve, got engaged on the stage of a country music concert, is originally from the New York City area and currently resides in Westchester County with his wife Casey, his three children, Max, Molly & Shea and his loyal family dog, Elvis.

 

Sunsieray McCall : Vice President, Content & Experience

Sunny McCall

Sunsieray (“Sunny”) McCall is Vice President of Content and Experience at Momentum. An attorney by training but with a particular expertise in content development and project management, Sunny brings to this role a wealth of subject matter expertise, industry-specific knowledge and conference management experience acquired over an 8+ year career of successfully developing content for and overseeing cross-industry and industry-specific legal and business events.

Initially poised to be an environmental law litigator, Sunny was drawn to a career in legal and business events shortly after completing law school, intrigued by the opportunity of developing content for meetings that would meet the business needs of senior executives within the Fortune 500 and Am Law 200 firms. A firm believer in the value of a handshake, Sunny joined Momentum to help drive the company towards its goal of creating an event platform that will truly make attending conferences a worthwhile experience again.

Providing strategic direction on the content addressed by Momentum events while also ensuring a top notch experience for both speakers and attendees from start to finish, Sunny is an innovative thinker who loves to track industry trends with an eye towards measuring the practical impact that new and emerging trends will have on a company’s day-to-day business operations.

Prior to joining Momentum, Sunny was an Industry Manager at American Conference Institute where she successfully oversaw a diverse portfolio of large-scale, cross-industry and subject matter specific events that addressed topics within the anti-corruption and international trade, IP, litigation, compliance, regulatory and marketing space.

Sunny is a 2004 graduate of Widener University School of Law, a PTA enthusiast and self-proclaimed “people person” known for her light-hearted sense of humor. Sunny currently resides in Chester County, PA with her husband, Quincy, and three children, Quinnetta, Amalyia and Navian and two cats, Buttons and Angel.

Misha Shah : Vice President, Marketing

Misha Shah New HeadshotMisha joined Momentum as the Senior Marketing Manager in March 2013. Since then, she transitioned into her role of Marketing Director. Her energetic and lively personality have become an instrumental part of the Momentum team where she is responsible for marketing and delegate acquisition across Momentum’s portfolio of events.

After graduating from Towson University in May 2011, where Misha obtained a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she kicked off her eventing career in July 2011. Starting as a Marketing Coordinator for the Life Sciences/Healthcare division at IIR, she was promoted twice in a span of six months to Associate Marketing Manager and then Marketing Manager. Her responsibilities included marketing IIR’s healthcare and government programs portfolio.

Misha’s quick growth and success in the events industry is driven by her adaptability, natural leadership skills and her enthusiastic personality. She is constantly pursing innovation to push marketing beyond the obvious, making her an asset to every event she works on.

During her free time, Misha enjoys spending time in New York City and Chicago with her family and friends. As her family is of Indian decent, she has had the opportunity to visit India six times and this experience has really given Misha a knack for understanding diverse cultures and people!
