Hands-On Exercise — "Knowledge Base Sprint"
Each team builds the knowledge layer of their module using a provided document package tailored to their module. Teams must accomplish three things:
- Extract the highest-value content from their documents,
- Structure it so their agent can reliably retrieve and cite it, and
- Identify where the documents have gaps that would cause their agent to fail or hallucinate.
This gap analysis feeds directly into their twin build.

Agent Design: Giving the Twin Its Intelligence
- From prompts to fully functional AI agent (the "connective layer")
- Agent anatomy: persona, instructions, knowledge grounding, tools, constraints, escalation logic
- Medical Affairs–specific design considerations
