Steve leads the post-merger integration practice at Eli Lilly and Company, drawing from a broad pharmaceutical and biotech experience in manufacturing, procurement, business development and alliance management across the value chain. Steve has deep experience in managing human risk, business risk and legal uncertainties interconnected with post-merger integration and strategic partnerships within pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, and development.  Steve is well-equipped to bridge conflict gaps between individuals and teams to enable mutually beneficial outcomes, while carefully working to ensure individuals are respected.
