In 2020, pharmaceutical companies turned to their PR professionals and agencies to get out messages about drug supply, patient support, public health reminders, vaccine updates and COVID protocols. However, now it is more important to focus on “the next normal” and understand how healthcare and pharmaceutical professionals can improve relationships with the public and their employees in this ‘post covid-19’ world.
