Please keep in mind that speakers have an allotted amount of time to deliver a lot of information. We strive to adhere to the posted agenda, but occasionally changes do occur. We thank you in advance for understanding.
Evaluation Forms
Please complete and hand in your Evaluation Forms. Your feedback is of the utmost importance to us. We take all comments into consideration when planning future conferences. Additionally, we follow up with each speaker and provide him or her with specific feedback from the evaluations. You will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card when you turn in your completed evaluation.
Downloading the Presentations
All “shareable” presentations can be found on our conference app under the Presentation tab. Please keep in mind not all presentations are able to be shared due to their material and case studies.
Audience Participation
Momentum conferences are collaborative events where speakers and attendees can share best practices. We encourage active participation during conference sessions. Please direct questions and concerns into constructive interactions with speakers and conference participants. If any of your questions go unanswered due to time restraints, please feel free to email our conference coordinator who can field the question(s) directly to the speaker. While we respect the privacy of our speakers, we will do our best to put you in touch with them.
Reception
In order to get the most out of attending this event be sure to clear your calendar and attend our cocktail reception on Monday, March 27th at 5:00pm
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance are available upon request, please email ops@momentumevents.com.
Exhibits
The focus of the exhibit area is education and networking. We encourage you to stop by exhibitor booths to see services and/or products available for your company.

Other
The room temperature will vary depending on the amount of people in the room. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to make the room temperature comfortable for everyone, so we recommend bringing a jacket or light sweater.
Do not leave your conference book, computer, or other possessions unattended. Momentum Events is not responsible for any items lost or stolen.
One or more speakers may cancel on short notice, normally due to illness. We will do our best to find a replacement, but it may be necessary to cancel the session and end the day earlier.
