Before that Leila led Lento Medical Inc., a digital surgery SaMD and disposable medical device startup innovating in personalized surgery solutions for orthopedic joint replacement. She joined Lento after co-leading the startup of Meditus Inc., a SaaS innovator for medical device supplier quality management; and before that Leila led establishment of Medicaroid US, a Japanese startup in surgical robotic, validated go to market strategy and ready for execution.
